Roles and Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics to students as per the MP Board syllabus in Hindi medium.
- Prepare lesson plans, study material, and teaching aids.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions to make learning effective and interesting.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
- Guide students in practical experiments and ensure proper understanding of lab work.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning workplace.
- Provide extra support to students who need additional help.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methods and academic results.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics or a related field.
- Preferred: B.Ed. degree (optional but desirable).
- Experience:



Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in MP Board schools (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
- Strong command over Physics concepts and ability to explain them in Hindi.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and teaching skills in Hindi.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to motivate students and make learning enjoyable.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
