1. Key Responsibilities :

- ​Visual Production: Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos (Reels, Shorts) and photos.
- ​Graphic Design: Create aesthetic posts, stories, and promotional banners using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop.
- ​Storytelling & Scripts: Write creative scripts for videos and compelling captions for all social media posts.
- ​Trend Analysis: Stay updated with daily social media trends, viral music, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
- ​Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- ​Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align content with sales goals and product launches.

​2. Job Requirements :

- ​Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro) and photo editing software.
- ​Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
- ​Creativity: A solid eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition.




- ​Portfolio: A portfolio of previous work (links to social media handles or a creative reel) is mandatory.
- ​Communication: Ability to communicate ideas clearly in both English and Malayalam.

​3. Qualifications

- ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (not mandatory if the portfolio is exceptional).
- ​Experience: 1–2 years of experience in content creation or managing social media for brands. freshers can also apply .
- ​Personal Traits: Self-motivated, able to work under deadlines, and highly creative.

- 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- ​Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
