Job Description;
Scope of Work;
As the Quality Head of our garment export unit, you will be responsible for ensuring that
our products meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
You will lead a team of quality control professionals and implement strategies to maintain and
improve the quality of our garments throughout the production process.
Responsibilites:
1.Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
2. Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of quality control, including inspection of raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product evaluations.
3. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards and specifications for raw materials and components.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance product quality and efficiency.
5. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the quality control team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
6. Compliance:



Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
7. Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the production and sales teams to address any quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
9. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the production process to minimize defects and rework.
