Position: Design Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

· Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and engineering designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD

· Develop design concepts based on project requirements and customer specifications.

· Modify and improve existing designs to enhance functionality, performance, and manufacturability.

Prototyping & Testing

· Develop and evaluate physical or virtual prototypes.

· Conduct design validation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

· Perform stress, load, and structural analysis using FEA tools to ensure product reliability and performance.

Technical Documentation

· Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and manufacturing documents.

· Maintain accurate design records and revision control documentation.

· Generate technical reports,



user manuals, and maintenance documentation as required.

Project Management

· Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.

· Evaluate production costs, material requirements, and project budgets.

· Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.

· Knowledge of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes.

· Experience in FEA, stress analysis, and product validation.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred: Piping & cabling design, Tool design, Sheetmetal design

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
