We are seeking a refined, well-spoken, and nurturing professional to join a distinguished international household as a Child Development Companion. In this highly specialized role, you will support the director's wife (a foreign national) in engaging and nurturing their child’s early development.

This is a premium, focused position centered entirely on the child’s cognitive and social growth through meaningful interaction, communication, and dedicated presence. Please note: this role is strictly focused on childcare and development; it does not involve any domestic chores or administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage & Educate: Spend quality time engaging with the child through play, creative activities, and interactive learning.
- Language Development: Communicate consistently in fluent, clear English to support the child's early language acquisition.
- Character Building: Foster a positive, calm, and value-oriented setting, supporting the development of good manners, discipline, and social behavior.
- Mother's Support: Act as a reliable, reassuring presence alongside the mother, adapting smoothly to the family’s daily routines.

Candidate Profile

- Communication: Exceptional spoken English with clear pronunciation.
- Demeanor: Naturally warm, patient, attentive,



and soft-spoken with a highly presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Experience: Prior experience in premium childcare, early childhood education, or as a governess is a strong advantage.
- Professionalism: Exhibits a high level of discretion, trustworthiness, and adaptability to a live-in arrangement within a private family setting.
