Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Candidates with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Customer Service, CRM, Telecalling, Voice Process, BPO, or Sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding services and appointments.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely service.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and productivity targets.

Qualifications





- Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, CRM, Telecalling, Voice Process, BPO, or Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an advantage).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
