Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on payroll experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR operations. Candidates who have completed the N.A.P. (National Academy of Payroll) certification will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Prepare salary structures, CTC breakups, and salary annexures.
- Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, and TDS on Salary.
- Generate payroll reports, salary registers, payslips, and MIS reports.
- Process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift data for payroll.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for payroll reconciliation and salary disbursement.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.




- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA (HR), M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll & HR.
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry .
- N.A.P. Certification – Preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Experience with HRMS/Payroll Software.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
