We are urgently hiring Telecaller Executive.

Job Role:

- Conduct telecalling activities to generate and nurture solar energy leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about solar products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits .
- Coordinate site allocation and site survey activities with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to build trust and maintain engagement.
- Convert qualified leads into sales through effective communication and relationship management.
- Explain pricing, benefits, financing options, and installation processes to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.




- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales proces

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skill can apply
- Basic Computer Knowledge , Google Workspace
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
