Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Cuttack, Odisha.
Salary: 50000-60000 per month
Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage commercial building construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Supervise all civil construction activities, including RCC, structural work, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, roofing, façade, and finishing works.
- Oversee the execution and coordination of MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting systems, and elevators.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and material availability to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, Indian Standards, and quality requirements.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to maintain project timelines.
- Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work completion certificates.
- Coordinate material procurement and vendor support for uninterrupted project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE) standards, statutory regulations,



and company policies.Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction and safety standards.

Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in commercial building or commercial complex construction.
- Proven experience in managing multi-storey commercial complexes, office buildings, shopping centres, mixed-use developments, or similar large-scale projects.
- Experience in handling complete project execution independently is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of RCC construction, structural engineering, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management software.
