Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate tax and statutory compliance. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining organized financial records, and assisting with audits and internal controls. The Accountant will also contribute to process improvements and provide clear financial reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including experience with general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring to support effective financial planning and analysis.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and basic audit procedures, preferably aligned with relevant local and national regulations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools, along with solid data entry and documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role, preferably within a laboratory, industrial, or service-based workplace, is highly beneficial.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
