Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues within cloud-based applications and services.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with user support and ticketing systems to manage and prioritize incidents.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
