JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Greet customers warmly, identify vehicle issues via visual inspection or test drives, and document concerns accurately.
- Prepare detailed repair orders (job cards), provide explicit time and cost estimates for labor and parts, and obtain customer authorization.
- Coordinate with technicians, shop foremen, and parts departments to ensure 4-wheelers are serviced efficiently and on schedule.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s repair status, explain warranty coverage, and handle any complaints professionally.
- Explain final invoices, process payments, and ensure the customer understands the maintenance performed before driving away.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS :





- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within an authorized passenger vehicle dealership, Diploma & Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of four-wheeler automobile mechanics, maintenance schedules, and warranty processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to translate complex technical jargon into understandable terms.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and service/billing software.
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
