Qualification:

- Bachelor in Architecture with up to 3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings for project feasibility and accuracy.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and basic project estimations where required
- Assist in preparing and modifying AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and sales teams for project inputs and clarifications
- Support in preparing pre-sales documentation, technical submissions and proposals
- Understand and analyse foundation drawings and structural layouts
- Ensure proper documentation, version control and drawing records are maintained

Desired Skills:

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to read, edit and interpret technical drawings
- Understanding of building dimensions in 2D and 3D
- Knowledge of building materials used in construction
- Ability to understand civil foundation drawings
- Basic understanding of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) structures and detailing
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline

We prefer local Nagpur based or relocate candidates

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
