The organization values accuracy in its operations and stable, long-term business relationships. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Panchkula. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting monthly and yearly closing activities. The Accountant will assist in preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, vendors, and tax authorities to support smooth financial operations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of basic and advanced accounting principles, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, along with proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools. Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and local regulatory requirements relevant to an industrial or machinery business. Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in an on-site, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA/CPA or equivalent) are an advantage. Prior experience in manufacturing, machinery, or industrial sectors is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
