Job Summary

We are seeking a technically competent and customer-focused Service Engineer to support product demonstrations, field trials, installation, and after-sales service of lancing pipes. The candidate will play a key role in conducting product trials at customer sites, providing technical assistance, and ensuring optimal product performance while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and assist in field trials and demonstrations of lancing pipes at customer locations.
- Explain the technical features, operation, and performance of lancing pipes to customers during trials.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers and resolve product-related issues.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and service lancing pipes and associated equipment.
- Coordinate with the Sales team during customer visits and product evaluations.
- Ensure successful execution of trials by monitoring product performance and collecting customer feedback.
- Train customers on the proper handling, operation, and maintenance of lancing pipes.
- Prepare trial reports, service reports, and technical documentation after each customer visit.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installations, trials, inspections,



and service activities.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and customer site safety regulations.

Qualification

- Diploma (Polytechnic) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical field service, technical support, equipment trials, or industrial product servicing.

Required Skills

- Sound technical knowledge of lancing pipes solutions, industrial piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Must have hands on experience in steel, cement and power segment.
- Ability to conduct product trials and explain technical concepts confidently to customers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally to support customer interactions and field operations, with travel involving ?80% of work ?time.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills for preparing service and trial reports.

Compensation & Benefits: ₹ 30,000.00- ₹ 50,000.00, as per industrial standards, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
