Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing process to support overall project success.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks or defects.
- Knowledge of scripting languages used for automation within testing frameworks.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
