Job Title: Sales Head – Machinery

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Salary: ₹12.0 – ₹15.0 LPA (₹1.20 – ₹1.50 Lakhs per month)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and achieve overall machinery sales targets.
- Manage and mentor the machinery sales team.
- Drive enquiry generation, follow-ups, and conversion into orders.
- Handle technical and commercial discussions with customers.
- Develop pricing and quotation strategies.
- Negotiate and close high-value machinery orders.
- Visit key customers to build long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.




- Expand customer base and identify recent business opportunities.
