We are looking for a hands-on leader to join our manufacturing team! EMA Rubber Industries, Pune – a leader in high-quality rubber products – is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor/Officer to oversee daily operations at our facility.

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Paid Time Off

Weekly Off: Thursday

What You’ll Do:

- Lead & motivate a team of production workers
- Execute production schedules & quality assuranceEnforce safety protocols & coordinate with maintenance
- Manage inventory & logistics coordination for client deliveries
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting & performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering / Rubber Technology / Polymer Technology
- Proven supervisory experience (rubber industry preferred)
- Strong spoken English & leadership skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel & basic internet skills
- Excellent problem-solving & planning abilities

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
