Project Management
Rubenius Interior Wellbeing | REDS is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of experiential and technology-integrated interior projects. This role is responsible for ensuring execution excellence across time, cost, quality, and coordination, from project award through final handover.
This is a site-driven, ownership-focused role for a strong on-ground leader who can translate design intent into structured execution, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver complex interiors with discipline and clarity.
Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
- Take full ownership of projects from kickoff to handover and closure
- Prepare and manage detailed execution plans, schedules, and milestones
- Ensure delivery against approved timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Align design intent with site conditions and execution realities
Multi-Disciplinary Coordination
- Coordinate across design, experiential, technology/AV, and interactive teams
- Manage civil, interior, MEP, and specialist contractors on site
- Ensure scope clarity, dependency tracking, sequencing, and timely decision-making
- Proactively identify and resolve execution conflicts
Site Management & Quality Control
- Manage daily site activities, manpower, and work sequencing
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and workmanship standards
- Drive snag resolution, finishing quality, and readiness for handover
Commercial & Change Management
- Track project budgets, billing milestones, and cash flow with commercial teams
- Monitor scope changes, variations, and approval processes
- Maintain commercial discipline without compromising experience or design quality
Client & Stakeholder Interface
- Act as the primary point of contact during the execution phase
- Lead coordination meetings, progress reviews, and site walkthroughs
- Communicate clearly on timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Build client confidence through transparency, predictability, and ownership
Documentation & Handover
- Maintain structured project documentation including drawings, approvals, MOMs, and site records
- Manage schedules, trackers, and reporting formats
- Ensure smooth project handover, snag closure, and final documentation
- Support post-project reviews and learning documentation
Qualifications
- - 6–12 years of experience in interior fit-outs, design-build, or experiential/commercial interiors
- Experience managing projects valued at ₹2 Cr and above preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Interior Design (with strong site exposure)
- - Solid project planning, execution, and coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings
- Hands-on experience in site management, quality control, and scheduling
- Proficiency in Excel and project tracking/reporting tools (Rdash or similar)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
