The Warehouse Executive Trainer is responsible for training warehouse staff and trainees on warehouse operations, inventory management, safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
· Deliver classroom and practical warehouse training sessions.
· Train employees on inventory management and stock handling.
· Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
· Train staff on barcode scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse software.
· Prepare training schedules, lesson plans, and training materials.
· Evaluate trainee performance through assessments.
· Maintain training attendance and performance records.
· Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and operations teams.
· Conduct refresher training programs.
· Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
· Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Diploma/Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Warehouse Training.
