Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle daily shop opening and closing operations
- Attend customers and provide product guidance
- Maintain stock availability and shelf arrangement
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement
- Coordinate billing and cash handling
- Check expiry, damages, and stock shortages
- Support wholesale and retail order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and product organization
- Coordinate with delivery staff and suppliers
- Maintain daily sales and purchase records
- Ensure quick customer service and smooth workflow
