Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Officer (Sales & Marketing) to generate new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and promote the company's financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

 Generate leads through calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.

 Promote financial products and achieve goals.

 Conduct client meetings and presentations.

 Build and maintain client relationships.

 Participate in marketing campaigns and events.





 Maintain CRM and daily/weekly sales reports.

 Ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills :

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.

 Knowledge of finance & investment market.

 Quick learner

Eligibility :

 Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

 0–3 years of experience; freshers may apply.

 Experience in Banking/Finance/Insurance/Stock Market preferred.

 Jaipur candidates preferred.
