As we are moving Sachin Bhalekar to the Audit Team, we require a dedicated Warehouse Manager to handle and oversee warehouse operations at the Bhiwandi facility.

Job Description – Warehouse Manager (Bhiwandi)

Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Bhiwandi Warehouse

Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper inventory management and maintain stock accuracy through regular audits/cycle counts.
- Monitor daily dispatch planning and ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance.
- Manage warehouse manpower, allocate tasks, and drive team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols, housekeeping, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal stakeholders for smooth dispatch and receipt of material.




- Maintain warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately in ERP/WMS.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Handle customer escalations related to dispatches, shortages, or operational issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.

Key Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of warehouse management processes
- Inventory control and audit handling experience
- Team leadership and manpower management
- ERP/WMS system knowledge
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Prior experience managing large warehouse operations preferred
