- Manage end-to end development of new casting from design validation to first time right trials.
- Coordinate with customer for technical discussion, feasibility checks & design modification and approval.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality &customers.;
- Strong expertise in pattern Design, tooling trial and approval defect analysis to handle projects in Green sand Process.
- Optimization gating Design, Risering, Metallurgy & Process efficiency for Horizontal Moulding lines.
- Reduce development rejection and Casting Defects.
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvements.
- Ensure documentation and Compliance (APQP/PPAP).
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- First time right sample approval approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer interaction effectively.
