Job Title: L2.5 Support Engineer – Investment Management Platform
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Description:
- Provide L2.5 production support in MSP or Investment Management/Financial Services environments
- Troubleshoot and support investment systems, market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters), and portfolio analytics platforms
- Act as a rapid-response resource for live trade execution environments ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence
- Support integrations with Aladdin, SimCorp, Calypso, FactSet, or similar IM platforms
- Monitor and manage system-to-system data flows and API integrations
- Work with Python/PLSQL scripting and Kubernetes for operational support activities
- Collaborate with development and support teams following SDLC processes
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations
Required Skills:
- Strong domain expertise in Investment Management / Capital Markets (mandatory)
- Experience in L2.5 production support within MSP or financial services environments
- Knowledge of market data systems and trading support operations
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and API management
- Exposure to Python, PL/SQL, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, SDLC processes, and test automation
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
