About the School: The School of Engineering and Applied Science at Ahmedabad University provides a SEED Grant for faculty to do cutting-edge research. Faculty are involved in several areas of research, such as wastewater treatment, Hydrogen Energy, and the synthesis of novel materials.

Role Summary: The candidate is expected to perform experimental measurements of the velocity field, the concentrations of different components, and the bubble size distribution using high-end equipment available at the Institute. The applicant should have sound knowledge of chemistry and related experimental equipment. The candidate should also have sound documentation skills.

Responsibilities

- Measurement of flow field using Particle Image Velocimetry




- Measurement of bubble size using High Speed Camera
- Sound knowledge of Technical Writing in the form of reports or short communication

Key Skills

- Hands-on experience in experimentation
- Technical writing and documentation. Those having at least one publication in an International Journal would be preferred

Qualification: MSc Chemistry
