Position Overview:
The Loan Assistant will support the loan department by handling loan documentation, processing applications, verifying client information, and coordinating with customers andinternal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal and repayment processes.

Responsibilities:
 Assist in collecting, reviewing, and verifying loan application documents from clients.

 Enter and maintain accurate client and loan information in the system.

 Coordinate with credit, operations, and finance teams to process loan applications.

 Communicate with clients to gather missing documents or provide status updates ontheir applications.

 Prepare loan files and ensure all documents are complete and compliant withcompany policies.

 Track disbursed loans, repayment schedules, and follow up on pending dues.

 Maintain proper filing and records of loan-related documentation.





 Provide administrative support to Loan Officers and Managers.

 Assist in generating loan MIS reports and data as required.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

 0–1 year of experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services (fresherswith positive communication skills may also be considered).

 Basic understanding of loan procedures, financial documents, and banking terms.

 Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry).

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
