Operations & Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Social Media Executive to manage our brand's social media presence and handle day-to-day e-commerce logistics through Shiprocket. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and operational tasks.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
- Upload posts, reels, stories, and product updates.
- Respond to customer comments and direct messages.
- Coordinate with the content team for posting schedules.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.

E-commerce & Logistics (Shiprocket)

- Process daily customer orders using Shiprocket.
- Generate shipping labels and arrange order dispatches.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery.
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin) and return orders.




- Maintain order records and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Shiprocket or any e-commerce shipping platform is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Well-organized with good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Basic Canva or photo/video editing skills.
- Customer support experience is an added advantage.
