Job Title: CAE Crash Engineer

Location: Pune
Client: Leading MNC Client
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initial Contract on ELENO Payroll)
Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a CAE Crash Engineer with hands-on experience in automotive crash and safety simulations. The candidate should have strong expertise in FE model building, crash analysis, and post-processing using industry-standard CAE tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform crashworthiness simulations using LS-DYNA.
- Build and validate FE models using ANSA/HyperMesh.
- Prepare crash decks, assign materials, contacts, welds, bolts, and boundary conditions.
- Execute frontal, side, rear, roof crush, and pedestrian safety load cases.
- Analyze simulation results and prepare technical reports.
- Perform model debugging and quality checks before analysis.
- Collaborate with design teams to suggest design improvements based on simulation results.
- Support crash correlation activities with physical testing.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in LS-DYNA.
- Hands-on experience with ANSA and/or HyperMesh.
- Experience in crash model build, debugging,



and deck preparation.
- Knowledge of BIW, Closures, Seating, Bumper, or Occupant Safety systems.
- Good understanding of automotive crash regulations (FMVSS, NCAP, ECE) is preferred.
- Experience with META Post or HyperView for post-processing is an added advantage.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Automotive Engineering.

Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹291,645.67 - ₹1,219,466.12 per year
