Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead / AI Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives and design scalable, cloud-native AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Solution Architecture, and Engineering Leadership.

This role requires hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, leading technical teams, collaborating with clients, and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop AI applications using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Chatbots, and NLU.
- Design document processing solutions using embeddings, vector search, chunking, indexing, and summarization.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical leadership.
- Lead engineering teams and ensure successful project delivery.
- Define AI architecture, model evaluation strategies, technical governance, and deployment best practices.




- Drive code quality, performance optimization, CI/CD adoption, and cloud-native development.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- Hands-on development experience with Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Robust expertise in:
- Generative AI
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Chatbots
- Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
- Experience with:
- Document Summarization
- Vector Search
- Embeddings
- Chunking
- Indexing
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Experience with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of AI solution architecture, model evaluation, drift detection, and technical debt management.
- Experience leading engineering teams and client-facing engagements.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
