Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and experience in handling sales documentation and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and payments.




- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer inquiries and orders.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and service teams for timely order execution.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers.
- Handle vendor registrations and tender-related documentation when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage correspondence through email and telephone professionally.
- Support business development activities and customer relationship management.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in instrumentation, industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
