Responsibilities

- Creating and handing invoicing on daily basis for clients.
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
- Creating reports for Account receivables and Account Payables.
- Preparing Vendor reconciliations.
- Creating the reports as per the requirement of the management.
- Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

- Bachelors in commerce/master’s in commerce or MBA.
- Minimum 12 months to maximum 2 years of experience in invoicing (Trucking Industry).
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work well with a range of individuals.
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal,



problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (Fleet Manager, Truck Mate) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and passionate.

Experience:

- Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
- Invoicing: 1 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,220.31 - ₹38,000.00 per month
