Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & Database Management

- Update database records diligently by making outbound calls to verified industrial prospects.
- Filter incoming emails daily to identify new business leads and service requests.
- Execute continuous follow-ups with existing clients regarding quotes, machine delivery, and satisfaction.

Requirement Gathering & Internal Coordination

- Document client technical specifications, washing capacity needs, and operational requirements accurately.
- Connect with marketing and technical teams to relay client needs for custom machinery.
- Bridge communication gaps between the client and the engineering department during the design phase.

Query Resolution & Service Support

- Log customer complaints, technical glitches, and spare parts inquiries into the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the field service team to schedule maintenance and resolve client issues quickly.




- Track ticket resolution progress to ensure service teams meet agreed-upon timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or Diploma in Engineering.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software concepts.
- Attributes: Strong listening skills, patience, and a quick learning curve for technical product details.
