o Handle itinerary revisions accurately and efficiently based on customer feedback.

- Operations & Internal Collaboration

o Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure accurate handover and smooth execution of travel plans.

o Ensure all itinerary details are clearly documented and aligned with operational feasibility.

o Address pre-travel queries and provide customers with clear guidance for a hassle-free experience.

o Adhere to defined SOPs, documentation standards, and internal product guidelines at all times.

- Process adherence & continuous improvement

o Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness,

and consistency across all itinerary outputs.

o Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in itinerary flows and customer handling processes.

o Share structured feedback with product and operations teams to improve offerings and workflows.

o Actively contribute to improving turnaround times, quality benchmarks, and overall customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Preferred Competencies

o Familiarity with Europe travel logistics, transfers, rail passes, sightseeing arrangements, and local nuances.

o Proficiency in Excel, email tools, internal trackers, and operational platforms.

o Solid attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle documentation and data entry.
