Position Overview:
We are hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer with strong experience building production applications using
.NET/C# on the backend and React on the frontend. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where you
will work across multiple projects, delivering end-to-end solutions for diverse business domains. You will own
features from database design through API development to frontend implementation, working directly with
clients, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable
applications. The work spans greenfield product development, enterprise SaaS platforms, internal tools, and
modernization of legacy .NET systems to modern architectures. This is not a ticket-taker role , you are
expected to make architectural decisions, lead technical conversations with stakeholders, and deliver
production-quality software with accountability for reliability, performance, and maintainability. The ideal
candidate is a product-minded engineer who takes pride in shipping well-crafted software across the full
stack and thrives in a consultancy setting with varied and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own features end-to-end: from React UI through ASP.NET Core API design to SQL Server database

implementation

- Work across multiple client projects, adapting to different domains, codebases, and team structures
- Partner with Product Owners, clients, and Subject Matter Experts to translate business requirements into

shipped solutions

- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with a focus on long-term quality and team velocity
- Design and build scalable APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core and .NET 6/7/8
- Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core with proper repository and unit-of-work

patterns

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases: schema design,



indexing strategies, query performance

tuning, and migrations

- Apply architectural patterns (CQRS, MediatR, DDD) where appropriate to manage complexity in

enterprise systems

- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Implement modern state management, component composition, and data fetching patterns
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and handle authentication, authorization, and error

states gracefully

- Design, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL,

Blob Storage)

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Implement containerized deployments using Docker and manage application configuration across

environments

- Participate in client-facing technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
- Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Deliver work within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Make architectural decisions and lead technical conversations with stakeholders
- Proactively identify improvements and ramp up on new project contexts quickly

Required Skills:

- 3-5+ years of professional experience building production applications with C# / .NET and React
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC) and .NET 6 or later
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core for data access and database migrations
- Solid SQL Server skills: schema design,



writing complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization
- Production experience building React applications with TypeScript, including state management and API

integration

- Understanding of RESTful API design principles, authentication (JWT, OAuth 2.0), and authorization

patterns

- Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred) for deploying and managing production

workloads

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
- Experience working on client-facing or consultancy projects with direct stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities across projects, and communicate clearly in a remote

team

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

- Experience with microservices architecture, CQRS, MediatR, or Domain-Driven Design in .NET
- Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) for event-driven architectures
- Experience with Azure-specific services: Azure Functions (serverless), Azure AD (identity), Application

Insights (monitoring)

- Working knowledge of Redis for caching, SignalR for real-time features, or gRPC for service

communication

- Exposure to AI/ML integration: connecting .NET applications with LLM APIs, building AI-assisted

features, or working with Azure Cognitive Services

- Experience with legacy .NET Framework modernization to .NET 6/7/8 and modern architectures
- Background in automated testing strategies: unit testing (xUnit/NUnit), integration testing, and end-to-end

testing

- Familiarity with Terraform or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code

Experience with Agile delivery in a consultancy or multi-project environment

- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams
