Key Responsibilities:

- Work with stakeholders (clients, managers, users) to understand business needs.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and business insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies in business processes.
- Suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and business requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and IT/development teams.
- Participate in meetings to provide updates on project progress.
- Work closely with project managers,



developers, and testers.
- Help in user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating whether solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Provide feedback to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide insights to improve business strategies.

Skills Required:

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).
- Basic understanding of business processes and IT systems.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
