Job Profile:

- Prepare and execute overall annual plan for academic requirements with support from the Management.
- Own all the tasks and assignments of the entire IIT-JEE/ NTSE/ Olympiads and C.B.S.E. academic team across India.
- Closely monitor the progress of academic work distributed to all faculty members across different courses and products.
- Ensure error-free and relevant quality content for all programs across all courses.
- Suggest & implement new academic products and initiatives for all courses, based on emerging trends and need of the students, in consultation with the management.
- Responsible for quality of entire content of all programs. Modify or create current program offerings to maintain leadership and quality standing of the organization in the IIT-JEE market.
- Re-vamp and revise entire content (notes, tests, assignments and question banks) on annual basis.
- Ensure implementation of corporate study plan and test schedules for all the courses.




- Liaison with faculty member & centre heads to build a healthy and effective feedback mechanism.
- Prepare guidelines for academic implementation for HODs and faculty members.

Eligibility

- An IIT graduate/post-graduate with extensive academic exposure to complete cycle of academic development and implementation. Candidate with experience in education industry will be given preference.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in planning, executing and refining academic programs for IIT-JEE/ NTSE and other competitive exams.
- Must have managerial, operational and administrative capabilities.

Experience

Minimum 10-12 years of work experience with a reputed institution.
