About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing admissions team.

This is an Inside Sales role that combines counselling with consultative selling. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and helping learners make informed career decisions while achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students regarding online UG, PG, Diploma, and Certification programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions' leads.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable programs based on the candidate's profile.
- Build trust through consultative counselling and address all admission-related queries.
- Follow up with interested candidates and nurture leads until enrollment.




- Achieve individual admission targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Career Counselling, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
