Job Description: Product Collection Manager (NBFC Sector)

Job Title: Product Collection Manager

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 1+ year

Qualification: MBA (Finance/Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Collections, Risk, and Operations teams to align product with ground realities
- Design and implement bucket-wise collection strategies (1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+)
- Lead integrations with payment gateways, collection agencies, dialers, and third-party vendors
- Build seamless integrations for auto-debit (NACH/eNACH), UPI, payment links, and wallets
- Drive automation in collection workflows (allocation, follow-ups, escalation triggers)
- Ensure API-driven architecture and scalability
- Track and analyse key metrics such as resolution %, roll rates, bounce rates, and recovery efficiency
- Identify gaps in collection journeys and drive continuous improvement
- Use data insights to optimize strategies and product features
- Ensure all collection processes are aligned with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Standardize processes across branches and teams
