Job Description:

- Must have good experience in Talent Acquisition & Initial Screening of candidates profile.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Direct disciplinary procedures
- On-boarding of New Hires.
- Educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook updated
- Ownership and maintain the Employee documents
