Job title: Faculty/Professor-Teachers' Training

Salary offered: INR 50,000 to 65,000

FACULTIES WITH UK/INTERNATIONAL TEACHING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned courses, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and learning outcomes.

2. Develop, review, and update curriculum materials to reflect current educational standards, research, and practices.

3. Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences.

4. Provide academic advising to students, guiding them in course selection, career planning, and academic challenges.

5. Mentor students through their academic and professional development, offering support and encouragement.

6. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.

7.



Coordinate educational programs, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with institutional goals.

8. Assist in the accreditation processes by preparing reports and documentation and implementing recommendations.

9. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of education.

10. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.

11. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulations.

1. Proven excellence in teaching, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective education courses.

2. Proficiency in using a variety of teaching methods and technologies to accommodate different learning styles.

Education and Experience:

1. A doctoral-level qualification in an area of academic relevance to the work of the Department. (OR)

2. Master’s degree in education or related discipline.

3. Relevant Professional Experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
