JOB DESCRIPTION-:

To assist Sr Engg/ Jr Engg in maintenance work

To assist concerned Engineer in laying out the building, marking centerline, recording initial levels before PCC is laid for foundation.

To check footing position as per centerline drawing and check reinforcement and dimensions of footing and before concreting

Ensure proper Grade of Concrete, proportioning is adopted and check the form work and supervise concrete work for foundation.

To check the column starters, reinforcement positioning, equal and specified covering, distances between columns & diagonals before concreting starts.

To check column rings spacing as per drawings, column form work for its dimensions, distances, cover to reinforcement , verticality before allowing concreting.

To supervise concreting work, ensure proper grade, proper vibration & finishing.

Ensure chicken mesh/ fibre mesh is provided at all junctions of RCC and Brickwork.

Ensure hacking of all concrete surfaces.

Mark with mortar/ Gypsum studs ( Thiyyas) to apply proper thickness of plaster with perfect line and levels.

Ensure proper prior curing of brick walls previous day wherever cement mortar plaster is to be applied.

Ensure proper proportion of Mortar is used.





Check for even surface, proper line, level and plumb

Ensure roughening of cement plaster with wire, where ever second coat of plaster is to be applied or tiling/ cladding is to be done.

Ensure proper curing all cement plastered surfaces.

REPORTING AND RECORDS :-

Maintain daily record of labour employed in various activities of work, material consumption against each activity and amount of work done.

Report to Engineer concerned about the work done, next day's planning and discuss issues if any.

PLUMBING, WATER PROOFING, INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS :-

Execute the work as per Engineer's instructions, check with drawings

UP KEEPING OF SITE :-

It is utmost important to ensure all the approaches to site, building and flats are explicit off obstacles, remove unwanted materials.

SAFETY :-

Ensure all the laborer's wear proper safety gear.

Experience:

Total work: Min 5 years (Preferred)in construction industry

Job Location - Wakad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
