Role and Responsibilities

- Sound knowledge and Valuable understanding of RERA Laws and its impact and application on Real Estate companies
- Negotiate and draft all kinds of legal documents
- Providing quality contracting support autonomously to the business. This includes providing analysis, drafting and counsel on transactions, including any related legal, policy, regulatory and compliance issues integrating legal knowledge and understanding
- Conduct research on various legal issues
- Aware of statutory guidelines
- Understand legal and financial risks and implications of contracts and evaluation of risk in terms of cost
- Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate

- Law Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized University
- Experience in Real Estate Sector will be an added advantage
- Well conversant with MS-Office
- Salary – Negotiable
