Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP project delivery, covering S/4HANA implementations, AMS (Application Management Services), and techno-functional expertise in key SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP, or PM). The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams across complex SAP landscapes and drive end-to-end project success with a focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (Rise and GROW) , upgrades, and AMS projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate across functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Oversee system configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Ensure issue resolution, risk mitigation, and adherence to delivery KPIs/SLAs.
Manage post-go-live AMS operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
Provide techno-functional guidance across SAP modules as needed.




Track deliverables using Agile or traditional methodologies depending on engagement type.
Collaborate with SAP COEs, architects, and partners for solution alignment.
Build and maintain solid client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance standards are met across all project phases.

Must-Have Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in SAP program/project delivery roles.
Strong background in SAP implementation and AMS delivery.
Few full-cycle S/4HANA implementations as Project Manager.
Techno-functional understanding of at least few SAP modules (e.g., PP, PPDS, MM, SD, FICO, etc.).
Proven experience managing cross-functional global teams.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks – PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile. Certification not mandatory
Experience with stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Manufacturing Industry knowledge is an added advantage
