Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 In-hand + 100 Night Shift Allowance/Day
Working Days: 5 Days
Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle international customers, manage service requests, membership renewals, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls.

- Manage membership renewals and service requests.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Maintain customer records and follow-ups.

- Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12th Pass or above.

- 6 months to 1 year of recent International Customer Service experience.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.

Must Have: Recent International Customer Service experience, excellent English communication, and willingness to work night shifts.

Nice to Have: Experience in CRM tools, customer retention, renewals, and handling international customers.
