We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and execution of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, ensure design excellence, and coordinate with consultants and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design from concept development to project completion.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design solutions.
- Supervise junior architects and design teams,



providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Review and approve working drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors throughout project execution.
- Drive innovation by incorporating sustainable design practices and the latest architectural technologies.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and manage project budgets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
