Job Description

About the Position

As the Lead Product Manager – Data & Integrations, you will own and drive Sense’s data platform, integrations ecosystem, and enterprise implementation success. This role is foundational to Sense’s Intelligent Talent Engagement Platform and directly impacts scalability, reliability, and time-to-value for enterprise customers.

You will define the product vision and roadmap for data ingestion, data modeling, APIs, ATS/HRIS integrations, and implementation tooling, while also leading and mentoring a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) who manage ATS partnerships and complex customer implementations.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of platform strategy, customer delivery, and operational excellence, working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Go-To-Market teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish a scalable, reliable, and extensible architecture for:

- ATS & HRIS integrations
- Data ingestion, normalization, and enrichment
- APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
- Customer-specific data workflows and configurations

- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to make strategic trade-offs between flexibility, standardization, and speed.
- Stay deeply engaged with enterprise customers, ATS partners, and internal stakeholders to anticipate evolving data and integration needs.

Roadmap & Prioritization

- Build and maintain a data platform-first roadmap balancing:
- New integrations and partner expansions
Platform scalability and performance
- Implementation velocity and operational efficiency
- Technical debt and reliability improvements

- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue enablement, implementation complexity, and long-term platform health.
- Clearly communicate roadmap, dependencies, and trade-offs to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Product Development & Execution

- Lead the EPD (Engineering–Product–Design) triad for Data & Integrations initiatives.
- Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear product requirements, system flows, APIs, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with TPMs and Engineering to unblock execution across multiple concurrent enterprise implementations.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, observability, security, and compliance across all integrations.
- Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to support launches of new integrations and platform capabilities.

Customer, Partner & Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the primary product owner for ATS relationships, integration health, and enterprise data workflows.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting,

and Implementation teams to reduce time-to-value and improve deployment predictability.
Engage directly with strategic customers during discovery, escalations, and roadmap validation.
- Track and improve key platform metrics such as:
- Integration stability and uptime
- Implementation timelines
- Data accuracy and completeness
- Customer adoption and satisfaction

- Work with Product Analytics to derive actionable insights from platform usage and operational data.

Team Leadership & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage Technical Program Managers (TPMs) responsible for ATS partnerships and complex customer implementations.
- Provide clear direction, career growth, and performance feedback to TPMs.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across product and delivery teams.
- Act as a role model for structured thinking, calm execution, and customer-first decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in Product Management within B2B Enterprise SaaS.
- Strong experience owning platform, data, or integration-heavy products.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-system products at enterprise scale.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Customer-facing teams in agile environments.
- Prior experience managing or leading TPMs, implementation teams, or platform execution roles is highly desirable.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in ambiguous and high-stakes scenarios.
- Ability to balance long-term platform strategy with near-term customer and revenue needs.
- Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, and analytics platforms.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
