Lawyer (Legal Executive)

Raigad Carbides, a part of The Raigad Group, is looking for a qualified and proactive Lawyer (Legal Executive) to join our team at Khopoli, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in property law, land-related matters, legal documentation, and court proceedings. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Khopoli.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the company before Taluka and District Courts.
- Handle land registration, mutation, and Non-Agricultural (NA) conversion procedures.
- Manage recovery matters and legal proceedings related to outstanding dues.
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, contracts, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Prepare professional legal letters and emails using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Maintain complete legal records of company-owned properties, lease agreements, and rental collections.
- Coordinate with government departments, revenue offices, police stations, and legal authorities.
- Assist in land acquisition, due diligence, title verification, and property transactions.
- Monitor legal compliance and keep management updated on changes in applicable laws.
- Handle sensitive legal matters professionally and diplomatically.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Valid Sanad (Certificate of Practice) with eligibility to appear before courts.
- Experience in property law, land registration, recovery matters, and civil legal procedures.
- Valuable knowledge of land records, NA conversion procedures, and revenue department processes.




- Familiarity with land acquisition, title verification, and land dealings.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI tools for legal drafting and correspondence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with courts, government offices, and police authorities.
- Candidates from Khopoli or nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, interview performance, and overall experience.
