Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-focused Assistant Teachers for English, Mathematics, and Social Science. The selected candidates will assist in delivering quality education in accordance with CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines while fostering a positive and engaging learning setting.

Key Responsibilities

Teach the assigned subject effectively using interactive and activity-based methods.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching-learning materials.

Maintain students' academic records, notebooks, and progress reports.

Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback.

Support slow learners through remedial teaching and enrichment activities for advanced learners.

Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Participate in PTMs, school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.

Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance teaching quality.

Integrate technology into classroom teaching whenever required.

Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject.

B.Ed.



from an NCTE-recognized institution (preferred).

CTET/STET qualification will be an added advantage.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, Smart Board, etc.).

Skills Required

Excellent classroom management abilities.

Sound subject knowledge.

Creativity and passion for teaching.

Teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Experience

Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply.

1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and school norms.
