Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (US Process)

Job Summary

BrightCHAMPS is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our US Sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of pre-sales, inside sales, or telecalling experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in the US shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Explain BrightCHAMPS' products and programs effectively.
- Schedule demos/consultations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
- Meet daily and monthly lead qualification targets.

Eligibility

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable interacting with US-based customers.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates must own a personal laptop.

Work From Office – HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bangalore
- Shift: US Shift
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: One rotational weekday off
- Weekend Availability: Mandatory (Saturday and Sunday are working days)

Compensation

- CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
